Below you will find the different promotional opportunities that are being offered to Affiliates for our 2021 Florida State Conference.  In order to purchase one of these packages, an organization must first be registered with Florida State Chapter as an Affiliate. 


There is a one-time, annual, non-refundable membership fee of $250.  Registered State Affiliates will be included in all the state newsletters and emailed conference promotional materials.   This will ensure year-round exposure of your organization.

Tentative Exhibit Hours

Wednesday August 11, 2021 – Set-up times TBD
Thursday August 12, 2021 – Event all day to include special evening event and activities
Friday August 13, 2021 – Event will end after lunch. Affiliate break-down at conclusion

Affiliates to please bring their own extension cords for electric access

Suggested items to have at your booth:  Bowl to collect business cards for prize giveaways, laptop, business cards, brochures, pens, sticky notes, candy/mints, etc. 

Suggested prizes: Company logo T-shirts, Gift Cards, small Electronic items, Gourmet Food or Beverage Baskets, etc.  

Cancellation Or Termination Of Exhibit

If because of war, fire, strike, Exhibit facility construction or renovation project, government regulation, pubic catastrophe, Act of God, the public enemy, or any other cause, the Exhibition or any part thereof is prevented from being held, is cancelled by the management, or the Exhibit Space becomes unavailable, Management, in its sole discretion, shall determine and refund to the Exhibitor, its proportionate share of the aggregate Exhibit fees received that remains after deducting expenses incurred by Management and reasonable compensation to Management, but in no case shall the amount or refund to Exhibitor exceed the amount of the exhibit fee paid. Cancellation by the Exhibitor after May 1, 2021 obligates the Exhibitor to full payment of the rental. No refunds will be made after this date. If written cancellation is received prior to May 1, 2021 a full refund will be issued minus a $50 service charge.
