is core to understanding Chapter 475.05 and the responsibility of a Broker when handling Trust Funds and Deposits. We discuss what Trust Liability Means. How to fully account for Funds entrusted to a Broker. We follow Real Estate license rules and state statutes. We teach the processes to follow to ensure that a Broker is in proper balance. Boarding begins 30 min. before departure. Boat leaves PROMPTLY at scheduled time.

 

Please plan to arrive approximately 30 minutes before departure and check in at the desk to pick up a boarding pass. Once you have a boarding pass and the gangway is open, with Captain's permission, you may board.

We will explore how to get paid for your time when you are performing property condition reports. We will look at various types of “inspections” (move-in, move-out, periodic, lease renewal, etc.) and discuss strategies for working each of those into your lease and management agreements so that you are fairly compensated for your time and experties.
